  • The Forum Cafe Bar on Division Street, Sheffield city centre, which has been allowed to open until 2:30AM at weekends on a trial basis since 2008, has applied to have the extended opening hours made permanent. Sheffield City Council planning officers are expected to grant permission for the permanent late licence at a meeting to be held on Monday.
