Food comes out with not the correct ingredient, and when told staff do noting about it.
However, the next time you go in, you ask staff for the food again and say that some ingredients don't come out and to make sure they do then you get a telling off from staff for telling them, bloody typical!
No more custom off me from now on.

Went for a meal there last night (Friday 11th November) with a party of 9 for my uncle's birthday.
Everything started well. Table was booked for 7PM. We ordered food and waited 50 minutes (there were no steaks in our order; fish and chips, gammon, chicken etc...). All food was good and good value for money.
The problem came a little later on when the disco and "karaoke" fired up and we couldn't hear ourselves think. 8PM it started and oh my goodness it was ridiculous. With no thought or consideration to their diners they dimmed the lights and turned up the volume. We couldn't believe what was happening! The so called Sizzling Pub who advertise on telly as a family friendly food pub was turned into a nightclub!
We expressed our dissatisfaction to two members of staff who couldn't care less quite frankly. We spent the remainder of the meal each of us shouting to the person sat next to us, as having a conversation across the table as we had done was now impossible.
We will never return to this pub again on a Friday tea time/evening (unless we want the full dining in a night club experience, which I really doubt we will!). They were completely happy to take the money off diners but as soon as the clock hit 8PM they were totally disinterested in anyone who was still sat there eating, as it was "party time" and stuff anyone who was still eating... albeit due to their slow service in the first place.
My advice would be to avoid this place like the plague on a Friday teatime if you want a relaxed dining experience. If they want their "party pub" let them have it. Any other time give it a try.

Food is not up to standard. Bar staff are rude. Rather go to McDonald's.
