Went there Saturday 24th October. Had a very enjoyable night. Entertainment was first-class. The landlady came round with sandwiches and black pudding.

Like the gentleman that travels from Rotherham, I too come from Rotherham to take my elderly father for a drink and we have always found a very warm friendly welcoming place. Everyone chats and lets you join in their conversations. An excellent place to go - we've yet to try one of the famous Sunday lunches.

I'd just like to say that Gary and Norman (the owners) run the place fantastically. We live in Rotherham and we travel all the way to go there every now and then.

It's a really nice welcoming pub, everyone is very friendly, there's great entertainment every weekend, and a wide selection of drinks. The prices are reasonable as well.
