This is a really good wine bar for drinks after work or a pre-club bar. Always had a good time until recently when my friend was refused entry with no explanation as to why.
When we asked to speak to the manager she said it was the doorman's decision and was final. We asked him why she couldn't go in and he said it was because his friend asked him to refuse her entry due to a small fallout.
The staff were unprofessional and biased. They lost out on custom and we were forced to go and have a really good night elsewhere.

I love Crystal because, although it's a really classy place, it's got a good feeling to it and no one puts on airs and graces The prices are a bit steeper than in some other bars, but I think it's worth it. And the music is fab!
