The Sheaf House Hotel is a large two-storey building located approximately 200 metres from Sheffield United Football Club and with close proximity to local student accommodation. It has a large bar serving both the lounge and games areas. Externally there is a large beer garden, including a children's play area and car parking for around 25 vehicles.
The pub opened in 1816 and is believed to have been named after the Sheaf House sports ground, which used to be behind the pub and predates the Bramall Lane football ground. It was used by both Yorkshire County Cricket Club and Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.

The pub is too noisy. There is no atmosphere. I will never come back because the staff are rude.
