Since taking the reins in January, owner Mac McGrath has not only revamped the physical space but has also curated an impressive selection of craft ales, organic wines, spirits, and cocktails. The micro bar exudes a welcoming atmosphere with its carefully chosen murals, courtesy of the talented Harriet Lucy Designs.
The drink menu reflects Mac's passion for quality beverages, boasting five rotating taps featuring local breweries such as Grizzly Grains, SMOD, and Abbeydale. In a nod to inclusivity, gluten-free beer options are also available, reflecting Mac's commitment to catering to diverse preferences, influenced by a recent coeliac diagnosis.
